Slapikas Investigative Services was established in 1989 by Frank Slapikas, Sr., a retired FBI agent and Ex-Marine, after his retirement of 25 years in the Bureau.
His daughter, Shereen Slapikas, worked with her father on his very first case as a private investigator and continued to work with him in the Tuscaloosa area until his retirement in 2011.
In 1994, Shereen Slapikas moved to Birmingham and started a new branch, Slapikas Investigative Service, Inc., to better serve the Birmingham and surrounding cities and at the same time continued to serve in her home town of Tuscaloosa.
His daughter, Shereen Slapikas, worked with her father on his very first case as a private investigator and continued to work with him in the Tuscaloosa area until his retirement in 2011.
