He formerly served as a Captain in the Internal Affairs Division and finally as a Chief of Police.
He has extensive investigative training and experience and he is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association where he is designated as an "Expert" Investigator.
Mr. Frankum is a Private Investigator licensed by Texas DPS and is a Program Advisory Committee member of a Texas college Criminal Justice Program.
